Online Counseling Anywhere in Florida
Do you need support but can't make it to an office? Maybe you're a busy parent, work long hours, live in a rural area, have limited transportation, or simply feel more comfortable at home. Telehealth lets you meet with Pamela Wiggins, MA, LMHC, by live, secure video from anywhere in Florida, from Pinellas County and the Tampa Bay area to the Panhandle. It's the same care you'd receive in our Pinellas Park office.
What we offer by telehealth
- Individual counseling for depression, anxiety, stress, grief and anger
- Trauma and PTSD counseling
- Outpatient substance use counseling for adults
- Couples, marriage and premarital counseling
- Brain-informed counseling and neuroeducation
Is telehealth right for you?
Research shows video counseling can be as effective as in-person sessions for many concerns. It works well if you have a private space, a reliable internet connection and a phone, tablet or computer. A camera is recommended so we can see each other. If telehealth isn't the right fit, or you'd like a mix, in-person sessions are available in Pinellas Park.
Before your telehealth session
- You must be physically located in Florida during each session.
- We use a secure video platform. You'll receive a link before your appointment.
- At your first session we'll confirm your location and an emergency contact.
- Join from a quiet, private space where you won't be overheard.
- Complete your intake paperwork before your first session.
Fees
Telehealth sessions are 60 minutes and cost the same as in-person sessions: $180 for individual sessions and $200 for couples, private pay. You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate.
