Marriage Enrichment in Pinellas Park
You don't have to be in crisis to invest in your marriage. Our Marriage Enrichment Program is for couples who want to keep a good relationship strong, rediscover the joy and closeness that brought them together, or get ahead of small problems before they grow. At The Hope Center for Healing and Health, couples work with Pamela Wiggins, MA, LMHC, in person in Pinellas Park, near St. Petersburg, Largo, Seminole and Clearwater, or by secure telehealth anywhere in Florida.

What you'll work on
- Friendship and fun: rebuilding everyday fondness, appreciation and play
- Communication: listening well and talking about hard things without escalating
- Conflict: breaking negative patterns and repairing quickly after disagreements
- Emotional intimacy: understanding each other's needs and love languages
- Shared vision: setting goals, rituals and values for your future together
The program blends research on healthy relationships, including the Gottman Method, with cognitive behavioral tools, mindfulness and hands-on exercises you can practice at home.
What to expect
Enrichment can be done as a series of 60-minute couples sessions. When group sessions are scheduled, dates are posted on our Events page. Couples sessions are $200 per session, private pay, and you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate.

How is this different from marriage counseling?
Marriage counseling usually focuses on specific problems. Enrichment focuses on growth: strengthening what's already working and adding new skills.
Can we do it by telehealth?
Yes, as long as you're both located in Florida during the session.
