Payments for services are due at the time services are rendered. We accept debit cards and all major credit cards. We do not take insurance (please see our FAQ). Counseling sessions are 60 minutes long. No charge will be made for an appointment that is canceled at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a missed session will be billed as a broken appointment at the regular rate.
If an appointment is missed due to an unforeseeable emergency, such as sudden illness or an accident, you may request that the fee be waived. Please call the office as soon as you realize that you will not be able to keep your appointment.
Therapy Service Rates
Individual counseling session (60 minutes): $180
Couples or family counseling session (60 minutes): $200
Rates for evaluations and groups are available on request. If cost is a barrier, please ask about the possibility of a reduced fee. You may call the office or ask at your first visit.
Right to a Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your care will cost. Under federal law, health care providers must give clients who don't use insurance an estimate of expected charges.
