Starting counseling takes courage. When you choose The Hope Center for Healing and Health, here is what we promise in return.
- You will be heard. Your story, your values and your goals guide the work. You'll be treated with respect and without judgment, whatever brought you in.
- You will understand your care. We explain what we're doing and why, in plain language, including how stress, trauma and habits affect the brain and how change happens.
- You will get real tools. Every session aims to give you something practical to use between appointments, supported by our Between Sessions app.
- You will see where you're headed. We set goals together and check in regularly about your progress, so you always know what's working and what we might adjust.
- Your privacy will be protected. We follow Florida law and federal privacy rules, including extra protections for substance use records. See our Notice of Privacy Practices.
- You will know the cost up front. We're private pay with clear fees: $180 for individual sessions and $200 for couples. You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate.
- You will get honest guidance. If another kind of care would help you more, we'll tell you and help you find it.
