Kristiann Lefferts has served in the capacities of a holistic practitioner, minister, and licensed Christian clinical therapist in the Tampa Bay tri-county region for approximately the last fifteen years. This journey began through volunteerism, driven by a desire to serve those struggling under mental and/or physical oppression. She went on to research alternative wellness practices and recognized by opting to tend to the body and mind holistically, other long-sustained mental and physical dividends positively impacted whole family structures. She acknowledges the priceless need to unpack sabotaging patterns of beliefs and behaviors in the healing of the soul. Therefore, she integrates a holistic perspective, exploring possible neurochemical imbalances with the practical aspects of emotional and relational counselling.
Kristi has an interesting background that began with her undergraduate studies, which combined biological sciences, studying both organic and inorganic chemistry. She took a career detour into her secondary skill set of Business Administration, but felt as if she was going through the motions, truly not living. The personal quest to get back on track found her pulled into the enormously challenging field of substance use and mental health as a minister volunteering “in the field,” or in the institutions. With that, she began a new, educational journey, including training with the Amen Clinics, Atlanta, GA, researching cellular frequencies and other alternative studies that complemented her academic journey in the study of human thinking and interactions.
As a Program Developer and formally recognized community advocate, she has and will continue to introduce concepts of holistic wholeness through educating, counseling, teaching, seminars, presentations, and books, with current projects pending release.
